Doesn't really need to cook for 1 hour and 20 min. 1 hour would be long enough

This is a good dish overall but the salt from the soy and teriyaki sauces are too strong. If I make this dish again I would decrease the soy and teriaki sauces and add more water the flavor will still be there.
