Original Recipe Yield 1 - 10 inch pie or 2-8 inch pies
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10 inch) pie crust, baked and cooled

Directions

  1. Gently combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, coconut, chopped nuts and drained crushed pineapple. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour batter into the prepared pie shell(s). Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
