This is absolutely delicious. I made a few minor changes, decided to chop the mushrooms instead of slicing. And, like other reviewers, I added garlic to it and cooked it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. It is moist, tasty and my husband raved about it. I didn't have dry mustard for the sauce, so I used dijon. Turned out great. And as several cooks mentioned here, definitely make double the sauce, it is awesome!
