Made this tonight for a crowd so made one beef and one turkey and both were a hit! I didn't use mushrooms because I didn't have any, but added some finely chopped onion, red bell pepper and garlic. Delish!

This was truly mouth watering! I made some adjustments: I used 1.25 lbs. 4% ground beef, 1 lb. Italian bulk sausage, 1 cup Italian bread crumbs. Also chopped the mushroom slices, and used 1/2 fresh onion, finely chopped. In addition, I added the sauce right from the start. Will definitely make again!

This is absolutely delicious. I made a few minor changes, decided to chop the mushrooms instead of slicing. And, like other reviewers, I added garlic to it and cooked it in the oven at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. It is moist, tasty and my husband raved about it. I didn't have dry mustard for the sauce, so I used dijon. Turned out great. And as several cooks mentioned here, definitely make double the sauce, it is awesome!

I love to cook and try new recipes. My family raved about this meatloaf. I made a couple of variations to recipe, I diced the mushrooms, shaped it into several small loaves and cooked it in the oven instead of the slow cooker. Everyone should try this recipe and enjoy the compliments.

I normally don't like meat loaf, this one however, I LOVED. It's moist has none of that off taste I find ground beef has. I also didn't use mushrooms as I'm not fond of them.

Fabulous and easy! My husband is a meatloaf fanatic and he thought it was very good. I cooked it in the oven because I was short on time but followed the recipe. I especially liked the glaze on top.

I was a little apprehensive about cooking meatloaf in the slow cooker, but this was really good. I followed the recipe exactly except I left out the mushrooms (because I don't like them). It was a hit with the family and I loved that it came out cooked all the way through without being burnt or well-done at the top. It was cooked evenly through out the meat loaf. This is definitely going in the rotation! Thanks for a great recipe.
