By: Tina Meekins
"Three items are all you need for this cool creation sent in by Tina Meekins. 'It's particularly yummy on hot days,' notes the Port Orchard, Washington mom. No granola in the pantry? Top off individual servings with chopped nuts or toasted coconut."
