INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls
1 1/2 cups watermelon balls
1 1/2 cups green grapes
DRESSING:
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel

DIRECTIONS
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the cantaloupe, watermelon and grapes. In a small bowl, whisk the orange juice, honey and lime juice. Stir in the jalapeno and lime peel. Pour over fruit. Seal bag, removing as much air as possible, and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with a slotted spoon.

When cutting or seeding hot peppers, use rubber or plastic gloves to protect your hands. Avoid touching your face.
Nutritional Analysis: 3/4 cup equals 74 calories, 1 g fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 6 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1 fruit.

I made this without the jalapeno and everyone loved it. The dressing really added an extra dimension to the fruit. It is also healthier than many other fruit salads that I have seen. Also, the dressing would go well with any fruit so I am going to try adding bananas and apples.

fabulous I not a big cantaloupe fan but this is fantastic, just tip for other who make this do not use bannanas they turn brown ,I did not think they would but they do. I will be making this a lot this summer. a super keeper

I made this for a Mexican Fiesta and the guests absolutely loved it! It was fresh and light with a little kick from the peppers! I will do this again!

This is fabulous! I've made this twice in the last two weeks and everyone loves, loves, loves the flavor! It is so easy (followed exactly) and gives any menu a fresh wow! appeal. Thank you! Also, I didn't have time to make the melon balls and just cut up the melons. Still looked great!
