SUBMITTED BY:
Edie DeSpain
"This medley of strawberries, melon and pineapple gets its rich sweet taste from a creamy banana dressing over any fresh fruit for an eye-appealing salad that's perfect for breakfast or brunch,' recommends Edie DeSpain from Logan, Utah."

this was very nice- you can choose any combo for the fruit but the banana dressing is lovely. I brought this as a light dessert and everyone wanted the recipe.

Nice fruit salad, and the dressing is very delicious. I don't like melon, nor do we have any (bf likes it so if we had it, I'd put it in), so I subbed kiwi instead. Very nice combination, and the banana dressing is very easy and very refreshing. Thnks for the recipe!

I served this at my daughter B-Day party & everyone enjoyed it. Because of the Bananas dressing leftovers will brown, but my kids said it still tasted good the next day.
