Wow this is awesome! This is my first *attempt* to make granola and it went well.
I used the following changes as I am a bit crazy when it comes to nutrition:
1. Used apple sauce instead of oil.
2. Used sugar free syrup.
3. Used Splenda brown sugar.
4. Used 1/2 c flax seed also.
I only had wheat germ so doubled that in place of allbran as others suggested, only used peanuts as my boyfriend dislikes the others.
This is a bit damp (maybe I didn't bake it long enough?) but it is still delicious on top of cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.

Note: due to taste preferences, I now omit the berries and, despite it's lack of sweetness now, it is still awesome.
