Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare the spice rub by stirring together the salt, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, and pepper in a small bowl. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
  2. To use, coat meat liberally with the spice mix, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before grilling or roasting as desired.

Don't bother. The cinnamon is so overpowering that its all you taste. Pretty one dimensional....
