Hang tight!

1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 pound fresh snow peas, trimmed
1 tablespoon water, or more as needed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
We made these as written and they turned out nicely. I am happy to have a snow peas recipe that is not Asian-style flavored!
So simple and so yummy for the whole family. I did mine with coconut oil just to increase the nutritional value and it worked out really tasty.
