DIRECTIONS
Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes; set aside. On a floured surface, roll bread dough into a 15-in. circle. Transfer to a greased 14-in. pizza pan; build up edges slightly. Brush up edges slightly. Brush the dough lightly with reserved marinade.
Combine the basil, oregano and thyme; sprinkle over marinade. Sprinkle with 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, ham, artichokes, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crust and cheese are lightly browned.

This looked great, but the marinated artichokes messed this up. I didn't like the tangy taste at all. I only used 1 jar instead of two as it seemed plenty. They just aren't my thing, I guess. I used sundried tomaotes instead of cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves instead of dried. I made Pizza Dough II for this instead of thawing out the frozen dough as it was faster. I strongly recommend using the plain artichokes for this and definitely not the marinated!

This pizza has a GREAT flavor. Not too "excentric" either. The tomatoes are fabulous. But don't forget the feta! That's the best!

A great dish! To make this a quick weeknight recipe, use a ready-made pizza crust and just heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

Delicious for a different pizza flavour. I used only one jar of artichokes and it seemed perfect. I loved the taste the herbs added to the pizza crust. I will definitely use this recipe again.

This pizza was superb! It reminded me of the pizza I ate in Italy but this one was so much better! I used a frozen pizza shell which thawed as I put the ingredients on it. And then baked at 450 for 10-15 minutes.

This just wasn't our thing at all. I didn't much like the artichokes, and I missed not having tomato sauce on it. Thanks anyway.

Would be great with chicken on it as well. I cut back on the artichokes - too many - but so good!

What a great pizza! I made a few changes due to personal preference - used only half the artichokes, no olives, and campari tomatoes thinly sliced. I layerd the artichokes, then the tomatoes and feta, and topped the whole thing with only 1 cup of the monterey jack cheese. Loved it, thanks for the recipe!

Nice change from the same old pizza night. I made a nice big Greek salad for a nice hearty meal.

Fantastic tasting. I could not find the frozen bread dough, but used the box mix for white bread. Took longer, but I just prepared the dough early in the day to let it rise. worked fantastically though. I would definately make this again.
