Lindsay® Spanish Olives Stuffed with Pimiento, drained and halved
crumbled feta cheese
toasted pine nuts
fresh basil, chopped
fresh Italian parsley, chopped

This recipe was great! I modified slightly by adding baby spinach. It was delicious and quick; prep time was longer than the actual cook time. Fresh tasting and colorful dish that presents well!
Very good. I only had dry herbs, but those worked. I loved the pine nuts and the feta. Served this with chicken and vegs (marinated in greek salad dressing) on skewers. Nice dinner. Simple, tasty. Good.
