This was the first fish meal I have ever made, and my DH and friend loved it. I used tilapia instead of orange roughy, and mushrooms instead of olives. Incredibly flavorful, and only took 15 minutes in the oven. I served it with rice & they went well together. I can't wait to try this on other types of fish. Thanks to Ellen De Munnik for the recipe!!!

Very good and very easy. Used haddock. Wish I had used more tomatoes - as they came out so well. Served over quinoa (with a little of the juices from cooking the fish) with green beans.

Pretty good & easy to make. The only thing that I did differently was drizzle a little olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the top before the lemons.

Best fish dish I've ever made. Easy and quick to made and it's absolutely delicious. I substituted talapia for the orange roughy, and it came out just fine.

Really great recipe. It's true you can use any fish. I'm in HI, and Mahi mahi was what was available- great!

Zeb and I really liked this recipe. Zeb said that he'd give it 4.5 stars and I agree. The flavors combine perfectly in this dish, and while it's completely delicious, it isn't something that we'd want to have very often. (Zeb suggested having it every six weeks or so)

AWESOME! This was the very first recipe for fish I have ever used and it was honestly the best fish I ever had! So you don't think it has to do with bias - I just tried a different fish recipe after this one and thought it sucked! I did use extra leeks and capers. Also used telapia which came out perfectly moist and took well to the lemon. I will definitely use this recipe again - aside from being absolutely delectable it was also pretty! Thank you for this recipe. :)

This is the best fish recipe I've ever tried - even better than anything I've ever had in a restaurant - 5 stars all the way!

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes. I've made this dish 5 or 6 times and it's always a hit. I never could get orange roughy but have substituted lemon sole, cod, or tilapia (the best), also using extra leeks, basil leaves , some calamata olives mixed with plain black ones, and drizzling extra olive oil over the top. The best part is preparing most of it ahead. It cooks by itself while I enjoy appetizers with my guests! I am grateful to the person who submitted this recipe.

My husband and I made this tonight... it was amazing. We of course added extra leeks and used tilapia and kalamata olives instead of what it said. OH and we also threw some shrimp in there! Lastly we drizzled olive oil on there when it was finished. Incredible. Will defintitely be saving this recipe!! 10 stars.

Never had this type of fish before, but we will be making this dish again. It was very similar texture to sea bass, and the basil, tomatoes and lemon really flavor this dish!

Divine. I used some thicker cuts of tilapia instead of the harder to fine orange roughy, and it was still great. I will keep my eye out for the orange roughy though - it has it's own unique taste and I'm certain will be wonderful in this dish. Oh, and did I add SIMPLE and EASY to clean up?!?!?!?

This is a fantastic dish! I've tried with different types of fish and always turns out delicious. My husband and I love capers which pair well with the other ingredients. Thanks for the recipe!

This is so delicious and so easy to prepare. I made it exactly as instructed although I forgot the rosemary at the end. I wouldn't change a thing. So good.

This recipe was good, but the fish counter at my grocery store didn't have the fish that was called for so we used Cod. I would NOT recommend using cod--it wasn't very flavorful.

A really delicious recipe prepared with a baked potato. Personally we don't ike olives, so we changed the recipe slightly and added mushrooms, tilapia, sea bass and shrimp. This was all topped off with sliced almonds to add some texture to the dish.

I had to make some changes because: I was cooking king fish ,the store didn't have any leeks, and I didn't feel the olives or the rosemary fit. I used green onions instead and probably not a whole 12 leeaves of basil. AND I think it would have been better if the fish could have actually marinated in the oil, leeks, and garlic. THANKS for sharing! The family liked it:o)
