Really good!!! My husband had been complaining that my "Betty Crocker" meatloaf was too dry, so I decided to try this recipe, and it was perfectly juicy! It also seemed plumper than my usual meatloaf. I added garlic and banana pepper (and omitted the salt & celery salt) so mine was nice and spicy!

This was the best meatloaf. I changed a few things. I used ground Turkey instead of groud chuck or beef. I also added 3 tbl of barby sause. I had made some hot mustard sause and added 2 tbls . I twas awsome and my husband loved it. THANK YOU... Debbie from WV.

i just made this for my family. I changed it up a little and added 2 cups of semi cooked rice along with the bread crumbs to make it last l further. and it is YUMMY!!! Everyone that is eating is asking how i made it and what went into it.

I used Pork Sausage and sprinkled mozzarella cheese and spread tomato paste on the top, it was an awesome meatloaf.

Very good and tasty. I did not use the salt since I don't really like it. It was very yummy!!! I had a few left over pieces and i used it with a can of pasta sauce and cut the pieces into cubes

There was to much salt and it overwelmed the taste of the other ingrediants. Just eating a quarter teaspoon of salt would have been cheaper and less time consuming.

followed the recipe to the letter.the flavor was very tasty, only thing wrong was that I used thawed hamburger,the loaf was very "wet" or not firm.even with that,there was'nt much left over.baked mac and cheese accompanied the meal. Will definitely make it again but use fresh not previously frozen ground beef, if that does'nt fix it maybe one more egg and an increase in the breadcrumbs to make it firm. very yummy!
