Original Recipe Yield 1 meatloaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix the ground beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, salsa, ketchup, barbeque sauce, salt, pepper, and celery salt together in a bowl; transfer to a loaf pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 1 hour.
