I just don't get it, this was a mushy blob. A big waste of good ingredients. And it didn't taste like meat loaf at all -- I would call it a meat spread. That's what I ended up doing by making sandwiches, putting it on buns like a hearty spread with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. I read all the remarks and tried to make the proper adjustments, (like adding bread crumbs, less mustard, more time cooking, etc.) but still it was not right. It smelled nice, but tasted nothing like good old-fashioned meat loaf.
