I give this a 4 due to me changing the recipe. I ran out of ketchup and didnt have dry ranch seasoning so I combined what ketchup I had with liquid ranch dressing.I brushed the top and sides of the meatloaf with bbq sauce and I reserved a few tablespoons of french fried onions and crumbled them on top of the loaf. It was very tasty. Will make again! Even my boyfriend who doesn't like meatloaf liked it. Def a keeper...

This was more delicious than any meatloaf has the right to be. It was seriously amazing. I made it as written and I will make it again and again.

The meatloaf came out great, the meat was moist. This was easy to prepare. I did diced some green pepper, fresh garlic, onion and sautéed them in a pan, then added them to the rest of the mixture. I also did not have any of the dry Ranch dressing mix, so I added Ranch dressing instead as another reviewer suggested.

This receipe is excellent and easy to make! The meatloaf has a great flavor and is very moist, certainly no need for gravy. Using the stove top bread crumbs and fried onions was brilliant! Tastes much better than plain 'ol meatloaf....My family loves this dish so I make it often!

MMMMm! Didn't have the stuffing, so I lightly crushed some crutons instead. Also used less fried onions (maybe just 1/3 of the can). Threw in a little worcestershire sauce and BBQ sauce because I had it. Delicious!!! Definitely a keeper.

My fiance and I love this recipe! I added a little italian seasoning and garlic powder to it, which gives it an extra kick.

Will make again, but add green bell pepper to it. Maybe some more black pepper.

It was just okay. It needs a sauce to go with it.
