This was the first meatloaf recipe my husband has liked. The little one liked it too. I will be making this one again.

Very tasty! My husband begged me to make this again. I didn't cover the loaf with foil, and it cooked in 50 minutes. The top was crispy, but the loaf itself was still very moist.

AWESOME! I used 2lbs of meat so I added an extra egg. I also added a splash of Worcestershire sauce. I didn't mix in the ketchup but added brown sugar and ketchup on top.

This is an awesome twist on a regular standby. The only change I made was I used gravy instead of ketchup then made it in a cupcake tin for individual helpings. Took it to work and they couldnt get enough!!

Great flavor, I put a whole pack of ranch seasoning, 1 cup of the stuffing mix, added one more egg and only used 1lb beef. I also substituted ketchup for tomato paste. Mine did not stay together?? but it was still good, and my first time making meatloaf! thanks

Awesome meatloaf! The best tasting i've ever had. I used cornbread stuffing instead and only had half a can of french fried onions, but it was still delicious. I made it into a ring instead of a loaf and wrapped it in foil while it cooked. It was so moist and a hit with my family!

Great loaf! My second time making this i altered it to a fajita loaf by substituting salsa for the ketchup, and a packet of fajita seasoning for the ranch seasoning and also adding some shredded cheddar cheese. It turned out pretty good.

It was good and easy to make. I didn't use the regular ranch like suggested, instead I used fiesta ranch which gave the meatloaf a more flavorful taste.

WOW! I have been making the "FireFighters Meatloaf" off this site for awhile and thought that it was the best...but this IS the best meatloaf recipe. I left out the ranch dressing and brown sugar (since that is not our taste) followed the rest of the recipe and added worchestershire sauce, tabasco, fresh ground pepper & old bay. Turned out delicious and moist, but dense enough to easily slice up for meatloaf sandwiches the next day. Thanks for such a great easy recipe.

We HATE "meatloaf", but anything with ranch is worth a try...we LOVED this tastey moist meatloaf. My husband even hates onions and loved this.

Okay....this is not my favorite meatloaf recipe but it is good, as long as you use some brown gravy with it. It is too dry without it. The only thing I added to this was some salt and pepper and garlic powder. I also put some french fried onions on the top the last 15 minutes of baking, I got the suggestion from another review. It was a good idea, for presentation and so you can much on some crunchy onions with the meatloaf. The only thing I think I would do different if I were to make this again is put half french fried onions in it and half white onions. I also think I might put a little more ketchup in it and a little less dry stuffing mix. Just because it was too dry. I don't know if I will make it again, because I always like to try a different meatloaf recipe when I do it.

I followed this recipe exactly and I didn't find it all that great. I won't be using this recipe again. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor.

Great recipe. Sometimes we replace the catsup with BBQ sauce and use Ranch instead of Ranch seasoning. Delicious!
