I was looking for something different and this is now a family favorite. My family loved it. I added pepperoni to the sauce for extra favor. It does make alot so I cut up the remainder balls and made spagetti the next day.

I used the meatball portion of this recipe for sandwiches. We both thought using spaghetti sauce out of a jar would not be as good as marinara. So we used the best marinara recipe from this sight and it's awesome! Thanks for a good base for all future meatballs.

I had to bake my meatballs about 25 minutes, but followed the directions otherwise and as a result we had the best meatball sandwiches ever!! Yum!

I made the meatballs and they came out great. They were a little mushy so I broiled them about 2 minutes a side. Much better.

These meatballs were fantastic! I used Italian bread crumbs as others had mentioned, but other than that made no changes. Excellent!

These were great and really easy. We made about 18 meatballs and cooked them for 25 minutes. I added an extra egg and pepper and extra garlic b/c we love garlic. The kids had seconds, so this is a keeper. Next time I will add italian sausage to the ground beef to give it an extra kick.

These meatballs are delicious. I added 1/2 a yellow onion to the meat mixture as well an extra teaspoon of italian seasoning, an extra clove of garlic, and I used italian style bread crumbs. I used Grandma's Meat Sauce (from allrecipes) without any meat in the sauce for my red sauce, and dropped these meatballs in with some homemade pasta. The meatballs were bursting with flavor, make sure you use FRESH parsley, keep the meatballs about the size of a golf ball and don't overcook them, these will not disappoint.

I have never made meatballs before, but after reading the reviews, gave this recipe a try. I took some of the suggestions, added Italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of the plain, and added extra parm cheese. I made the meatballs smaller and cooked them for 15 minutes. They turned out great! My son and husband loved them. The only change next time would be to make more sauce for dipping.

Best meatballs i ever made or tasted and me and my family always make meatballs when we have picnics or parties. I followed the recipe but needed to triple for a birthday party. The only thing i added to it was about 1tbsp of worsteshire sause. Usually my meatballs tend to fall apart but not these maybe because they were baked instead of pan seared. After they baked for 25 minuted i put them into the crockpot to keep them warm with 2 jars of garlic tomatoe sauce and served with buns. Delicious!! My new permanent meatball recipe.

Not impressed. Made to the exact recipie and they leave a lot to be desired. Very bland and if you're thinking Italian restaurant quality, this isn't it...

I just have to say that I made these last night and they were delicious. I did make a change in that I used ground turkey (it's all I had) in place of the ground beef, but otherwise everything was the same and so, so, so good. My daughters boyfriend just got home from college and stopped by here at dinner time. He was a happy boy.

I thought it was boring! I followed this recipe correctly but I didn't care for it. My boyfriend liked it but I just wasn't satisfied. Next time I'm gonna add more to the meatballs such as cubed cheddar cheese stuffed into the center! We'll see I'll have to do some tweaking to get this where I want it to be...but the recipe is a good starting point...

Really good the whole family enjoyed it! I give it five stars with my one addition, I chopped up about 1/4 of an onion. The onion made gave it a lot of flavor, I think next time I will add some oregano too.
