This is wonderful! I can't believe I can make insanely delicious meatballs right in my own apartment, and I can't believe that it's really simple. Thanks for broadening my repertoire with this great recipe! I follow the directions at listed except I never have skim milk so I use 2%, never have red pepper flakes so I skip it, and can't find a 'small onion' when I go to the market so I use half of a tennis ball sized white onion (which seems to work great).

The best way to describe this is perfect! I doubled the recipe and it was still perfect. I intended to freeze the extra meatballs, but, yeah that didn't happen. :)

These are so good!I use ground Turkey and extra Parmesan- plus a little green onion. Plain breadcrumbs work just fine with these changes. Very flavorful and tender.

Great meatballs; substitute garlic powder for the garlic salt. The red pepper and hot sauce gives them serious kick - I skipped the hot sauce and just used the red pepper flakes. Still have a bit of kick, but still not too much for a kid to like.
