Love these! I've made these a handful of times and don't change anything about them. Always come out delicious. My fiance always asks me to make these and he's not a big meat eater! Thank you!!

The boys loved these! They were easy, I like that I didn't have to have eggs to make them and even though I had to make some adjustments (toasted bread turned into bread crumbs since we were out) and leaving out the spicy stuff (red pepper) to keep it okay for little people these were great. I doubled the recipe and stuck the extras in the freezer for another day. It made 32 meatballs for me! Will make again!

These meatballs have a great flavor. My only complaint is that they stuck to the pan. I recommend spraying the pan with nonstick cooking spray. Just a tip, I made the mistake of placing the finished meatballs in a pot of marinara sauce. The meatballs started falling apart because they are very soft. Next time I won't add them to the sauce. Other than these two things, they were excellent.
