I HATE meatballs, but I LOVE this recipe!! I am now a meatball lover, as long as it's these meatballs. Since I only had garlic powder on hand, I used that in place of the garlic salt and then just doubled the salt called for in the recipe. Also, since I have kids with little mouths, I made them smaller than what is stated in the recipe, probably about 3/4 inch in diameter. Since I made them smaller, I cut the cooking time down to 17 minutes and they were done perfectly! Cooked all the way through, a little browned on the outside and bottoms, but still nice and juicy. Everyone ate these up and they are being requested to be made again. Thanks so much for this recipe and converting me over to a meatball lover!!
