Fabulous! Disclaimer: I ended up tweaking this recipe quite a bit and doubling it to freeze one, as I was on a mission to use up some ingred we had onhand (starting w/cocktail meatballs), so it wasn't identical to the original. My tweaks: used whole wheat egg noodles, 3 diff jarred spaghetti sauces, fresh and canned sliced mushrooms, cottage cheese (higher in protein) mixed in with the mozzarella and some cheddar, couple more eggs and seasonings (crushed red pepper, fennel, Italian seasoning.)My husband took it to work and said this is my "best lasagna yet!" SCORE! Thanks so much for the inspiration!
