Very nice change in place of regular mashed potatoes. Simple recipe, but quite tasty! Only change was that I doubled the amount of cheese called for. Otherwise perfect! I made this a few hours ahead when I had extra time and it baked up great! Thanks for the recipe!

Great recipe. Made it just as written, with the exception that I baked the potatoes instead of boiling them. Gave the sweet potatoes full flavour. Prepared it the night before X mas, covered and left it in the fridge. The next day when we were ready for dinner, I baked it per the instructions but just a bit longer. I will be using this as my mashed potato recipe when I'm cooking for more than 2.
