OH MY GOD, these are amaaaaazing. I used whole wheat pastry flour, cane sugar, brewed my red chai in almond milk (think this was a mistake because even fter 15 minutes the flavor wasnt tht strong) and virgin coconut oil instead of canola (i've never baked with the virgin coconut oil and i was worried because of the low smoke point but i went for it, such a good choice they were so coconuty yum) and a raw cacao nib coconut mix that i had laying round i threw in too. when i tasted the batter i almost didnt bake them it was so good. i used pyrex and baked for 25 minutes nd i just sneaked a taste while still really hot and gooey and oh was it rich and delicious! they seem to be setting up nicely as they cool, i can't wait to cut one
