gotta give this a 5 because my husband liked it!! Plus I took leftovers for lunch the next day & they were great! I made no changes to the recipe at all. Great! Thanks!

This is one of the few recipes on this site that I have made more than once... because I am a single Mom with a 4 year old I need something we will both eat, and this recipe is perfect. We both love it, followed just as is.

I substituted a 4 oz. can of green chilies for the green pepper and used monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese. My family loved it!

This recipe helped me out when my works Christmas party became a potluck instead, at short notice. I had to buy all of the ingredients, which only cost a total of about 15 bucks, and made it the night before to potluck in about an hour. I made enough for 8 servings, and even after the potluck I had enough left over to bring back to my roomates. It's nothing fancy, or flashy, but that's not the important thing, to me. I just liked the fact that it tasted good and went over well!
