Absolutely wonderful. I used Splenda, no-fat non-dairy creamer, sugar free Nestle Quick, and de-caffienated coffee! Healthy for you and tastes so much better than the already made ones from the store. Thank you for this great recipe, it's going into some of my Christmas baskets!

This looks very beautifully marbled in a glass jar. We added half a cup brown sugar, 1 tsp real vanilla sugar and about half a teaspoon cinnamon to let it taste more unusual, compared to normal mocha. It's good made with hot water, but very creamy, tasty and rich made with hot milk.

This is excellent and less expensive than buying mocha mix in the store. My granddaughter tried this and didn't care much for it. Fortunately, I was almost out of what I had mixed up, so I made more and left out the cinnamon and nutmeg. My granddaughter loved it! I use sugar-free Nestle Quick, reduced-fat powdered creamer and Splenda. I do use a little less Splenda than the amount of sugar called for. This works great and I don't feel guilty having 2 cups!!

This recipe was great for gift giving. For Christmas I did 3 double batches and gave them out in decorated jars and the mixing instructions on a gift card tied with a ribbon. We used 4 teaspoons per cup and added milk and whipped cream. Everyone loved it!!

I made this for holiday gift baskets, recommending that it be made with hot milk, and the recipients loved it. Also excellent with a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream.

This is super easy to throw together and a yummy treat to warm you up on chilly mornings. I added a little more sugar (about 1/2 cup more), and mixed a little extra mix in my cup. We also mixed up a batch with decaf granules for the kids, and this is a huge hit. You can also stir into warm milk for the kids and it's extra creamy. Of course, add whipped cream on top for an extra special treat. I plan on making several batches and giving it as gifts for teachers.
