Very Very easy to make. Took me like 5-7 mins to do. Very tasty and easy to chew on. Will definetly do them again soon but will add choco chips to them next time. The best thing about this recipe is that u have room for creativity to add any additional ingredients :)

Super easy. After reading a couple of reviews I just used one bag of regular cheap-o smore sized marshmallows, 1 whole stick of butter and cheerios on hand just to use them up. I measured the cheerios to 7 cups just to see what they were. Next time I would just eyeball it. Too easy.

This is the real thing - simple, classic, Rice Krispie squares. You can't go wrong with this recipe. I DID add another cup of Rice Krispies to mine because I don't like tons and tons of marshmallows, but it's really up to you how crunchy you like yours.

Turned out perfect and then I mixed one cup of chocolate chips and I cup of butterscotch chips and melted them in a pan and spread over the bars. My kids just ate half the pan in the last 10 minutes -- so good!

Yum! I recommend baking in a slightly smaller pan or just not spreading it out all the way... it will result in a thicker, tastier bar. --I also followed a recommendation to dampen hands and then press mixture into pan. Oh my goodness that is SOO much easier than any other method I've tried in the past--wish I would've known sooner!! =)

Very tasty -- hard to stop eating. I molded an animal with it for a birthday cake, and I accidentally ate the ear - had to make more. (That's a shame.) I used cocoa rice cereal and added 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup chocolate pieces to color the marshmallow. Very good result. Thanks.

I love rice krispie treats! This is pretty much the standard recipe. I just wanted to comment because I followed a previous suggestion, where it says to add milk after the marshmallows are melted, I did this and my treats aren't sticky at all!! They aren't sticking together, and aren't cut-able. We will have to enjoy them with a spoon. The flavor is nice though, and they are creamier. Just thought I would give everyone a heads up.

Nice and moist. Used Jet Puffs new vanilla caramel swirl marshmallows. They gave an interesting flavor. Also used the multi-grain "big" Krispies. Not sure they were wonderful, but not bad.

I use stick margarine instead of butter, and add 1/2 tsp of vanilla and 2 tbls corn syrup to the marshmallows. After I add the cereal and take it off the stove, I add 1 cup of large marshmallows cut into quarters. They look and taste awesome!

These are exactly what I had in mind. Make sure to cover them well or eat them right away because they go hard very fast.

I used this recipe when i made dessert for easter, But we wanted more color so I used Captain Crunch Berries instead of the Rice Krispie. It was so good, and looked colorful and bright I found it had just a touch to much butter, i will remember to add less. I also put in some vanilla because my niece and nephews are sugar lovers! It is was DELICIOUS and I WILL use this recipe again.

Amt of ingredients is perfect. However, to pass on what I've learned...using the larger/regular size marshmallows (full bag) works fine. Using colored marshmallows turns the whole thing gray but adds a somewhat fruit flavor.

I used the new jumbo rice crispy cereal Kellogg's recently came out with...yummm! My entire family loved them. The cereal has a hint of honey in them and that is what I think made them even better.

I loved this recipe! It's my first time making marshmellow treats and I was surprised by how easy it was. I used marshmellow cream instead of mini marshmellows.
