I made this during the Spring and totally forgot to rate it. This is wonderful! I go a little lighter on the marmalade than it calls for but only because I generally only like a hint of sweetness in my savory dishes. I have made it twice and once I mixed up some red pepper flakes in the marmalade and my husband and boys loved it! This is a great recipe. Follow the instructions and you will have a lovely dish.

***Review is for GLAZE ONLY**** I like to use a glaze when I am grilling a ham slice and when I looked in the fridge for ideas...orange marmalade popped out. This glaze was very tasty and easy to make with ingredients commonly on hand. I decreased it to 2 servings to get the right proportions for the ham slice and it was delicious! Now I'll have to try making the ham loaf that goes under it! Thanks for sharing.

I am not giving this recipe 5 stars because I did not use the glaze with this recipe because I don't think my family would like it. I used a ketcup base glaze instead. However, I would give the ham loaf it-self 5 stars. I've tried several ham loaf recipes before and my boys like this recipe the best. I used a 13X9 baking dish and already mixed and grounded ham and pork loaf that I got from the store. I believe the stuffing is the key in this recipe. Other recipes call bread or bread crumbs. And all my ham loafs turned out mushy giving it a funny texture to it. I think the stuffing hold it together much better. Thanks for the recipe!
