I made this for Christmas Dinner, everyone raved. It was a little "nutmegy" for me, but I will just leave that out next time. Thank you!

This was so delicious & easy. I came across this recipe while looking for something to take to a potluck that I could put in a crockpot. Everyone raved about it. This is definitely a winner.

Good recipe if you're tired of the typical 'pot roasted' carrots.

This recipe was way to sweet for our taste. We ended up throwing all of the carrots out. I normally cook the carrots and then lightly glaze in a mixture of butter, orange juice and a spoonful of brown sugar. I think I'll stick with that - the marmalade was just to sweet for us.

I cooked these for Christmas dinner to help free up stove top space. I cooked the carrots for 6 hours, and they still weren't cooked. The sauce was not very good. Everyone barely touched them (only eating enough to be polite). I definetely would not recommend this recipe.

I made this, untested, for Christmas dinner for my family, who've never had carrots with Christmas dinner. It was a SMASH! My dad and husband in particular couldn't stop eating it! I made it exactly as it says and everything was just fantastic. Great recipe!
