I followed the recipe to a T and they were just ok at best. The marjoram didn't lend much flavor to the overall dish. My beans were fresh as fresh can be from a grocery store and the beans themselves didn't have great flavor. It's hard to find good tasting fresh vegetables anymore (no fault of the recipe), even when they are in season. Maybe I'll try these again in the fall with fresh locally grown fresh picked beans instead of grocery store beans.

I don't really measure ingredients when I make this, but I love the addition of marjoram to green beans. I usually add a few shakes of garlic powder as well. Simple and tasty.

This was very good. I used canned green beans and was generous with the marjoram. A nice way to dress up plain old canned green beans. I'll make this again. Thanks!
