Amazing!!!! If you're looking for a good tomato based marinara this is not for you but if authentic Italian cuisine is what you have in mind this is IT! I followed others advice and cut the salt in half and used low sodium beef broth but other than that followed it it a T and it came out FANTASTIC! A keeper for sure

This sauce was wonderful! I will not buy jarred sauce again after making this. My husband (whose favorite meal is spaghetti) loved it. He liked the beefy-ness of it. I did add a can of drained diced tomatoes. I will add about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and will change the amount of sugar to 1 tablespoon next time I make it. Other than that...it was perfect!

Amazingly delicious! My husband found this recipe and it has been a dinner staple ever since. Try adding some red pepper if you like spicy foods.

This is a fabulous recipe. I have been making spaghetti with meat sauce the same old way for years and wanted something new...so I tried this and I am so glad I did!! I will be making it this way from now on! Everyone thought it was great!! Made it pretty much exactly as written with the exception of the mushrooms and I didn't have any dried mint...looking forward to that addition next time around...thanks for a great meal!!

Made almost as directed except for the mint (I just didnt have any). It was very good the hubby loved it. Looks just like normal spaghetti with meat sauce but alot less acidic. I will be making this again!

I thought this was pretty good. It's very "beefy" tasting and has a sort of rustic quality to it. It doesn't sport a bold tomato flavor. I almost feel like it would greatly benefit from adding some more herbs and crushed garlic about 15 minutes before it's completly finshed cooking.

Fantastic! Loved the idea of the mint in the sauce; will add more fresh mint in the future. Used half of the (chicken) broth & paste; added 1 can diced tomato & tomato sauce, rosemary, parsley, bayleaf, oregano, red pepper flakes, shredded carrot. So good! Thanks Craig!

AMAZING. My household loved it ! The sugar gave it a nice sweet taste ! I let it cook for 3 hours, but had to had another cup of broth to keep it liquidy. Can't wait to make it again !

Consistence good but much too meefy for me. I felt I was eating chop suey and for me, that's no good. But i can understand that some people like it.
