What 's impossible about this pie is that it tastes so terrific and only takes 5 minutes to prepare. Everything goes into a bowl -butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate and baking mix -and then into a greased pie pan. After 35 minutes in the oven, you 're in brownie pie heaven.

This creamy cheesecake is super easy to whip up. Just mix softened cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Spoon the mixture into a ready-made crust, chill and serve. Shaved chocolate looks and tastes great sprinkled over the top.

Use your favorite nuts for this pie. Three layers of deliciousness are spooned into a baked pie shell: a nutty, chocolaty bottom layer, a vanilla pudding middle layer, and whipped topping sprinkled with grated chocolate to top things off. Slip into the fridge to chill for a few hours.
