Deee-lish! I used dried basil instead of fresh and red wine vinegar instead of lemon juice. I cooked a 3 lb breast in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduced the heat to 375 and cooked for about 90 minutes (until the thermometer read 180). My husband was skeptical, because he doesn't like the traditional turkey done at Thanksgiving but he couldn't get enough of this. And, my one year old daughter was shoveling it in. She's a picky eater, so you know it's good if she approves. We will definitely be eating this regularly.
