Delicious marinade! I marinated the tuna steaks a long time, probably 5 hours or so. I used fresh tuna steak and I just used dried parsley because I didn't have the fresh. These were sooo good! We've never had tuna steak before, now we will be having it much more often!

An easy to make and very tasty marinade for tuna - I used fresh steaks, and the only slight change I made was to marinade for over an hour and I used 2 tbsp of chopped, fresh oregano. I'm going to try the mixture on chicken next.

My son caught a Blue Fin Tuna yesterday off Cape Cod. We had never cooked tuna before and gave this recipe a try. It was excellent and everyone like it. I did marinate it for about 2 hours. Much longer than called for. Other than that I did everything as it was written. Thanks, I'll be making this recipe again.

This is an amazingly awesome marinade! We tried it first on tuna steaks (SO good, and I am not huge on tuna) and last night with beef kabobs. This is a definite keeper!

Absolutely loved it! We cooked it a bit too long (6 minutes on one side and only 2 minutes on the other because we were sure it would be too long otherwise for the size we had). We will definitely make again.

The marinade to this was very good. However, I would recommend buying frozen tuna steaks as I bought them fresh and could not get the fishy smell off my grill for a couple days, even with the help of some lemon juice.

I cannot stress enough how awesome this recipe came out! My very picky husband (who really only enjoys peanut butter sandwiches and pizza) gobbled this down and loved it! It was very easy to make and this is definitely a keeper. I used dried oregano instead of fresh, and it still came out great. I used one large tuna steak for the two of us instead of two individual-sized steaks. I marinated it for an hour and a half, turning it once. I cooked it on high heat on the grill for 6 minutes the first side and 6 mintues the second side. It came out with a warm pink center. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Amazing! Moist and prercect! I think I'll try this same marinade with other meats because it smelled so good.

This was unbelievably delicious! I marinated the tuna for about 2 hours and it turned out to be so moist. I've never eaten grilled tuna that was so moist. The flavor of the marinade was perfect. We just had it two nights ago and my fiance wants to know when we can have it again!

Very tasty! I marinaded the steaks for 30 minutes and cooked them on the George Forman Grill until the fish was just cooked through to the center, about 7 minutes. The marinated smelled great while cooking and the fish was very moist. I will definately make it again and will try the marinade with other fish and meats.

I consider myself a pretty proficient cook. I have created many of my own recipes and have often been told that I should have been a cook! But I have never tried tuna steak until now. This recipe is one of the best I've ever used. Anyone who says this tuna is dry is OVERCOOKING their steak, hello? Seared in a red hot frying pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, this is succulent, indeed! I've never cooked tuna steak before, and it turned out perfectly...VERY juicy and extremely flavorful (but increase marinade time to at least 2 hours for the full effect!).

I added honey to the marinade as other cooks recommended and it charred nicely on the grill. I marinated for 24 hours and I could really taste the marinade. I used low sodium soy sauce as other cooks warned it would be too salty and it turned out delicious.

Very nice dish. The marinade is so simple, yet addicting. Would be nice with a scattering of sesame seeds and green onions.

This was just ok, it was too salty for our tastes but that could just be the soy sauce I used hence the 3 stars
