First marinate that my whole family loved, I don't eat meat but everyone who ate this steak said it was very good. The only thing I did different was to broil instead of grill and mainated for 2 hours instead of 4

This turned out to be a HUGE surprise hit. I chose it just because it was quick and easy, so I was delighted when everyone came back for seconds!

This steak was very blah. I followed the recipie exactly, using beef broth. I marinated them all night, and they were not even that tender.

Delicious marinade! Has a very tasty aroma while cooking. I did add a little more teriyaki and Worcestershire sauce than the recipe called for and served on a bed of rice with twice baked potatoes. My boyfriend and I are trying to cook more often and I know this is a recipe we will make again and again!

I would like to have given this 4.5 stars. I really liked the flavor but my hubby thought it was a bit too sweet - thus the split between 4 and 5 stars. The meat was very tender and moist. Thanks Gordon!

Excellent marinade for our thin-sliced steaks. Great flavor and very tender. Love the addition of the pineapple juice.
