Used roasted red chili paste from the Thai Kitchen line and marinated for about 9 hours. Tender and scrumptious.

Very good marinade! Instead of 3/4 cup of soy sauce, my husband used 1/2 cup and then added 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce. He also added 2 T. of cayenne pepper for a kick.

This recipe was absolutely delicious! Probably the best pork chops I've had to date. The second time I made them, I added some Cyanne Pepper for some more heat! But thats just a personal touch... it's still great the way it is!

This recipes was great. Don't get too caught up on being exact on the amounts!! I added a bit of water to my marinade to thin it down and it was a huge hit in our household. Thinning it usually ends up with more flavor in the meat but not the thick sauce you see in the picture.

This is a great base recipe for a marinade. I won't go into detail on what I added as that completely changes the recipe, but suffice it to say that I made a couple additions. Even so, I think this would be great on it's own as well. Thanks!

I wasn't a big fan. It tasted too soy-saucey. The only thing that saved it was by dipping it into hot chile sauce on the side.

I used chili powder and 1/2 soy sauce - 1/2 worchester sauce. I used bottled lemon juice. I let them marinate for 1 hour (I was short on time) and cooked them in the broiler. They came out pefect. My husband loved them and he's not huge on marinades.

Good flavor! I made a few modifications to the original recipe, as suggested by others. I decreased the soy sauce to 1/2 cup and added 2 more spoonfuls of brown sugar. I also increased the amount of chili sauce and added red pepper flakes because I wanted to really taste the "spice". I did not find the recipe to be too salty, it was just right. I will definitely make again.

Very simple and tasty even with only marinating for about 4 hours. I increased the garlic( as I always do ) ,added curry , paprika ,honey barbecue sauce , and limited the soy sauce.

WOW. I havent had pork chops in probably 10 years since last living with my mom. This recipe has officially made me a Pork Chop lover. I used a Rendevouz rib dry rub in place of the chili powder (because my wife doesnt like spicy stuff) but followed the rest of the directions exactly and these chops turned out just great... Will definitely be making these again and again!

As the Arctic air descends, we return to comfort food -- mashed potato, gravy, and, my favorite, pork chops. Piles and piles of pork chops. Go heavy on the chili powder and these spicy chops will blow a hole in your mouth. Make sure to get them to the table, piping hot, for your friends and family to enjoy.
