I put the veggies through the food processor until finely ground and added a carrot and celery seed to the dressing. I also soaked the veggies for an hour in salted cold water and drained them before adding the dressing to keep it crispy.

Over all good flavor... too sweet for me. Will try 1/2 cup sugar next time. I did substitute white sugar with splenda & that could have made it sweeter, and used half green and half red cabbage for color. I will definately try this recipe again. Thank you!
