After years of marinating ribeyes in Italian dressing and grilling with butter, I have found a replacement. I used it on sirloin first (to make sure I didn't ruin ribeyes), but the sirloin came out quite good, really tasty. I cannot wait to try it on ribeyes.

Nice marinade to dress up sirloin, made at a bbq for 5 adults, and everyone enjoyed! It will not overpower the meat if you marinade for just a couple of hours, I always make sure to stick meat with a fork many times before marinading. Stick to the recipe, it's just fine the way it is.

Very nice marinade. The flavors mingled together very nicely and I couldn't taste any one more than another. I marinated mine for about 4 1/2 hours. I like that you don't need to marinate all day.

My husband and I thought this looked great so we decided to marinade our steaks in it. 6 hrs later we sat down to eat and were VERY disappointed. There was no flavor whatsoever to the meat and I we followed it step by step, even using other suggestions. I will never use this marinade again.

Tasty! And I had all the ingredients (okay, except for the green onions but regular diced worked just fine). And I didn't have to plan ahead a whole day! Thanx for the recipe!

This marinade is very yummy. I only used half the olive oil called for and it still came out juicy. I added one more garlic clove and used TONS of black pepper! Will make again

Made this for my husband on Valentine's Day. He LOVED it! It has an interesting flavor, slightly sweet yet tangy. I will cut down on the soy sauce slightly next time as I thought the flavor of the soy was a little too distinct in the blending of the flavors. Thanks for sharing.

I don't eat red meat, but my husband was craving a steak, so we tried this recipe. My husband said it was great, and it relieved his craving. According to the hubby this had lots of flavor and was very juicy.
