This was a recipe we loved. I did make a couple of changes. I left out the oil and didn't have horseradish so I used regular mustard. I put it in the slow cooker along with the marinade and then when it was done we used the marinade to dip the steak in because it really was bland without the dipping sauce. It was great!!

My husband and I loved this recipe! I cooked our meat (some cheap-cut of beef) in the slowcooker on low all day, and not only did it smell wonderful- it tasted wonderful, too!

Marinated overnight, but still didn't have any flavor. Oh well it was tender, I guess.

My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed the steak, but the vegetable oil didn't mix well with the rest of the marinade ingredients so I may try leaving it out next time.

This recipe is terrific. I have two kids with braces, and this marinade makes even inexpensive cuts of beef tender enough for them to eat. Very flavorful as well.
