Rating based on an 8 Oz Ribeye? Grilled on High heat for 7 minutes per side would turn into sawdust. If you have an 8 oz Ribeye, it is about pincil thin. Nothing wrong with the flavors, just use common sense on grilling times.

Delicious! I think next time i will keep some of the marinade before i add the meat for basting since i cooked it with a frying pan. It wasn't greasy since i browned the steaks on high first and then let the meat cook with the marinade. Yummy!

I found this to be a great recipe. I adjusted the recipe for just one ribeye. It was wonderful!

This marinade was quick and easy-to-make. It's sweet AND savory. The steak was so tender and juicy, I didn't need steak sauce. I'll make it again!

Me & my husband loved it. We made separate blander steaks for the kids and they wanted ours. Making it again today w/ Rib Eye, but adding some honey Dijon as recommended by other users. Mouth is already watering!!

Loved the recipe. Didn't marinate for as long as I would have liked, but that didn't stop me from getting compliments from everyone. Thanks

I wanted to try something new in the way of cooking steak so we tried this. We both loved it. This is definitely on our list to do again.

My husband really liked this marinade, but I wasn't too wild about it. I guess I don't care for the taste of Worcestershire sauce as that is all the flavor that this left on the steaks.

Try substituting the brown sugar with balsamic vinegar which gives a sweet effect and a glazing that the brown sugar would have had. I also use rosemary and rubbed sage
