Quick and easy! I didn't have time to marinate so I put garlic in the loin and made this marinade as a baking sauce. I didn't have cider vinegar so I used red wine vinegar. I cooked for 90 minutes with the entire amount of sauce poured over and continued to baste with it. My 12 year old said it was fabulous and I think so too! I can't wait to try it as a marinade.

Fantastic!! I made the marinade last night for a Halloween party today. I used the exact measurements in this recipe for a 4lb pork tenderloin. Honestly, I was hesitant on it at first. The smell of it as it simmered was SO vinegary. I just didn't see how it would taste good. AND the next day, I forgot to bring the rest of the marinade to brush on to it as they were cooking. But, the flavor was fantastic. Nice and sweet and not too salty at all. I only had regular chicken broth, but it all came out tasting fantastic. I think next time I'm going to add a little more cayenne. Just a great marinade that I will most definitely be making again!

You know, my hubby and I just didnt love this recipe. We founf it to be a little salty for our taste. We did like the spicy "kick" though.

This was delicious! I didn't find this recipe until I was just about to cook, so instead of marinating it, I mixed everything together just as said, and just poured it over pork chops, covered and baked. I have already done it twice and even the kids loved it.

Even though we only marinated the pork for 3 hours, it still turned out great!

Oh my gosh... This was so good! I used balsamic vinegar and added onion powder as recommended by other reviewers. I marinated for roughly 24 hrs. We grilled it and it turned out tender and juicy. We will definitely be putting this into the monthly rotation.

I have made this in the crock pot twice, and my husband and I love it. I make the marinade as written in the recipe, and just put it in the slow cooker with the pork loin and set on low for several hours. It comes out tender and makes the house smell delicious!

I usually buy marinades in the store, but decided to try this one. I'm giving it 5 stars based on the taste. It was delicious. I used red wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar and I broiled the pork on a stone instead of the broiler pan. I will use this again, but maybe double the recipe next time.

This was delicious! Followed the recipe as is and it had just the right amount of kick. Was a little worried when I read about the marinade being too sweet, but it really wasn't. Thanks very much for the recipe!

I made this for Fathers Day and it was delicious. I tripled the marinade because we had a 2 pound pork loin. I marinated it for 2 days in the fridge then grilled it on the BBQ on Sunday. It was really good. I will definitely make again

This was a big hit with my friends and family! I was out of Worcestershire so I used Dales Steak Seasoning which is mostly Worcestershire anyway. I scored the loin and only marinated for 45 min, and slow roassted it on 200deg for 6-7hrs! I made another batch of marinade and added it to have pulled pork! My friends just had us over for dinner with the same recipe! loved it!

Outstanding recipe. I could not stop eating it. I made extra marinate and reduced it, to add on top of the finished pork.

Served this for company (grilled as many others did) and it was a hit! Got great grill marks from the sweetness of the marinade. So tender and tasty.

Terrific! I didn't follow the recipe exactly because I didn't have cider vinegar, but I used red wine vinegar and it came out fantastic. I also cooked it in my crockpot with all the sauce at once and a few carrots. I will definitely use this again.

This was a big hit with the whole family! We had a 3 1/2 lb pork loin and tripled the sauce. Used the reserve as sauce to pour over the top, rather than brushing it on while cooking. We omitted the sugar, and added some onion flakes, a little liquid smoke and extra garlic. Cooked it out on the grill, and it turned out great! Will definitely make this often.

OMG we loved this. The marinade is soooo good. I used a pork loin shoulder roast that was just over 2 lbs. I didn't slice it because I was gonna bake it in the oven. I let this sit in the marinade for 2 days before I cooked it and it was so tender and so tasty. I love this recipe and will definately make again.
