The taste was great! I made it as is; however, we didn't want to cut our tenderloin. Next time, I will inject the marinade in there because that would be terrific! We also baked it and that was good too and the meat was nice and moist!

Good flavor and easy to make. Only reason it doesn't get 5-star is because my personal taste likes something a little more bold. I will make again, trying some variations. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicous, I would serve this to guests. I used these substitutions: chicken boullion dissolved in water instead of broth and salt. Soy sauce instead of Worcestershire. very good.

This was kind of bland for our tastes, however, it was the best pork loin on the grill I've ever had, the meat was moist and tender, next time I'll increase the spices and maybe that will do it.

Very very moist. I made this for a huge family dinner and it was a hit. Was sweeter than I would have hoped but there were no complaints. Another user suggested using left overs for Pork Fried Rice - that would suit it perfectly (sweet taste).

Was very pleasantly surprised with this recipe. I didn't marinate it overnight, as I only found the recipe the morning I was making it, but you could definitely taste the flavor throughout the meat. Kids enjoyed it too.

I'm not much for eating pork unless it's ham/sausage/salami, etc. (or BBQ ribs) but recipe changed that for me! This is a great recipe. I made it as listed and was extremely impressed. I used Pork tenderloin and a pinch less of the peppers listed. I'm not much for spicy things either and was concerned about the cayenne pepper but the finished product isn't spicy at all. The remaining sauce is spicy so I passed on using it with my portion but my husband really liked the sauce. We liked it so much we are having it again this week. Thanks for the great recipe.

Since this was dinner for just the two of us I used boneless loin chops cut a little better than an inch thick and cooked them on an indoor grill. I didn't have apple cider vinegar so I substituted red wine vinegar, which worked just fine. The aroma of the marinade as it simmered told me I was in for something good and it didn't let me down. I didn't use the basting sauce as I grilled the chops and with the first bite I thought they lacked the punch of flavor I had expected. So I tried warming the marinade I had reserved, served it to pour over the chops and this took them over the top! Simply and perfectly delicious-- and in the future I will use the reserved marinade in the same way!

This marinade was awesome. Made with ingredients I had on hand. I would like to try this on chicken or salmon.

great recipe that surprised me. i made the marinade and added too much cayenne--so i thought. let it refrigerate overnight and the flavors so came together! i also added 1 Tbs onion powder and subbed balsamic vinegar for the cider vinegar. i increased all the ingredients by 1/4 since i was using 2.65 lbs. pork, EXCEPT for the brown sugar. i also grilled the meat rather than broiling. i didn't have to worry abt. basting--very flavorful and tender. thanx for the recipe!

Tasty, simple, and a great way to serve pork. I really loved the teeny spice kick that the cayenne added as well. My husband even went back for seconds! This one is a keeper for me.

OH MY! I wish I could give this one more than 5! I'm not a huge fan of pork loin, my husband is. I decided to try this because I was cleaning out the freezer and this is what we had. All of the ingredients were readily available in my pantry (a plus!). The ONLY change I made to this recipe was to triple the marinade ingredients (we also used 3 lbs of pork loin). Since it was a warm night, I chose to grill the pork vs. broiling. The meat was tender, juicy, and fantastic tasting!! This is probably the best recipe I have tried so far. Received thumbs up all around.

My husband and toddler loved it - so I'll be making it again! I only marinated it for 2 hours - as that was all the time I had. It was still GREAT. Thanks for the recipe.

This was exceptionally moist and tender. Yummy flavor that the whole family loved, I will use this again! I only marinated for a few hours because I forgot the night before, but it was still great!

Kids say 5 stars, husband says 4. I had to cut back on the spice a bit-one of the kiddos is super heat sensitive. Overall, very tasty and very well received. Thanks!

This is a great recipe. The only thing I changed was that I doubled the marinade. Excellent! Everyone in my family loves it.
