Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the water, vinegar, oils, garlic, bay leaf, parsley and seasonings. Add mushrooms; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Discard bay leaf. Serve with a slotted spoon.
