The tomato and vinegar combo give the shrimp a sweet kick while the basil adds another layer of flavor. Very nice!

Very good. Did not have the WOW factor that a 5 star recipe should have, but still good and I will probably make it again. I made it exactly according to the instructions. The marinade just didn't add a lot of flavor to the shrimp.

I've made this countless times, so easy and made with ingredients usually on hand. I use ketchup instead of tomato sauce and often substitute cider vinegar when im out of red wine vinegar. You won't be disappointed!!

Perfect. Both my guests asked for the recipe. I was able to make a homemade marinade with things I had on hand. And I could doctor it by adding a little more or less of spice.

This is so good. I used ketchup instead tomato sauce and it was still good. All I had on hand was pre-cooked thawed shrimp. I marinated it then put it cold over a salad and used some of the remaining marinade as a salad dressing. It was a great summer dinner. Can't wait to try it grilled.

Really enjoyed this. Only made a few changes: added a little bit more garlic, instead of tomato sauce I used half a can of diced tomatos, and whipped up everything for the marinade in the food processer. Can't wait to have this again.

This was delicious. I accidentally used pre-cooked frozen shrimp, but I just marinated it overnight in the fridge and heated in a pan, and it worked well.

This recipe is AWESOME!!! Made these for a 4th of July party and they literally flew off the table. After reading other reviews, I used the largest shrimp I could find, replaced the tomato sauce with chili sauce, upped the cayenne pepper, marinated them for two hours and then grilled. People were raving about them and calling to each other to come try them. Definitely a success. Thanks so much for this recipe!!!

This tasted great on the grill and had a nice flavor to it. I didn't find it too spicy at all. I look forward to trying this one again.

Excellent. Cayenne definately mellows out. (As evidenced by my 3-year-old devouring these.) This recipe has been entered into our staple recipes!

I'm very new to this whole cooking thing (I'm a college student) but I made this for a bunch of older people from my church and they absolutely loved it! Every time I see them now they ask when I'm BBQing again and can they come over. Thanks!

This recipe is amazing! Most delicious flavor I've ever had on shrimp. I just put all the ingredients for the marinade in my food processor whole and blended them up. Delicious and will definitely be adding it to my favorites!

i have made this numerous times now. it is simply the best grilled shrimp my husband and i have ever had. Also, it is a very forgiving recipe. i do it from memory now, not really concentrating on the measurements, and it is always wonderful.
