Avocado and Stone Fruit Salsa:
finely diced stone fruit such as peaches, plums, or apricots
ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch dice
fresh cilantro, chopped
finely chopped red onion
fresh serrano or jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped
fresh lime juice, or to taste
fresh orange juice
fresh salmon fillet
