Used more lemon juice and white vinegar, bbq'd the steaks for 10 mins, and used excess marinade to cook veges (peppers, onions) - perfect!

Great marinade! Left it on top sirloin steaks for 6 hours and then put them on a hot grill for about 10 minutes; everyone loved the flavor. We'll be making this again.

So delicious! Like another reviewer, I grilled half of the steak for dinner one night (delicious!) and put the rest of it in a slow cooker with a packet of fajita seasoning and 1/2 cup water for fajita meat the next night. Both were outstanding! Flavorful and tender!

This is one great marinade. I did use ribeyes instead of flank and marinated in the refrigerator for about 30 hours. I only had 1 T. of lemon juice so used 1 T. of lime juice as well. Outstanding, this is going right into the "Family Favorites" file. Thanks, Guycon

This is a truly wonderful way to do Flank Steak. I tried another recipe from this site recently and was very sorry that I had not used this one again. I decided I would not use another but this one. It is perfect just as is. I'd give it 6 stars.

FABULOUS!!!! This is just what I was after for a flank steak marinade! I did not want something "Ethnic", meaning, no Southwest or Asaian influance. All I was wanting was a superb balance of flavor that would contrast the meat well but not block out the meat flavor. Very well done!!!!!!!!!!!

It was very good I should have left the marinade on longer so next time I will try that. It might have a little more kick I'll add some more seasoning to it as well.

I loved this recipe - it was so good we ended up having it two nights in a row! Once for us and the second night for a dinner party where it got great reviews. My daughter who eats very little meat asked for seconds (and thirds!)

This was great! I usually use a half bottle of italian dressing to marinate flank steak for about 3 days and serve it on garlic bread but I think I will start using this delicious marinade and save some money.

I just started catering small parties and I planned a fajita bar because of the tight budget. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER MARINADE FOR FAJITAS AGAIN. It was the BOMB! The comments were awesome and the crowd of 60 clapped when they were finished. I served alongside the roasted tomato salsa from this site, frijoles a la charra, salsa verde, and a jicama salad. What a hit. I did add lemon slices and put them in with the marinade and he meat. Only change I made.

This recipe is fantastic! The flavors are delicious and the meat always comes out tender. I do usually have to cook mine a bit longer than the recipe calls for, for just personal preferences. I will be making this recipe over and over again!
