Delicious! I followed an earlier recommendation and substituted balsamic vinegar for the red wine vinegar. I broiled for about 8 minutes on each side, and it was perfect!

We used this marinade for a London Broil (on sale cheap!!), marinated for 24 hours, grilled and sliced thin. Very tasty!

This was delicious! I marinated it for 24 hours and then grilled it on my barbeque. The only critique I have is it was a bit on the salty side, I think adding a bit of sweet to it would help. Next time I will try putting a bit of honey in the marinade. But it was super tender!

Very good - I usually use Sherry to marinate and was worried that this wouldn't have the zippiness I like - but it was fantastic!

Wow Wow Wow! Absolutely perfect proportions of each ingredients to make this marinade. I made this for a tailgate and all were raving about the steak. My butcher told me to use London Broil instead of flank steak because it is more tender (& cheaper)...it was!

I have NEVER cooked steak before, and this was just delicious and so easy. The marinade really helped tenderize the meat.

The fajitas I made with this recipe far surpassed anything I could have eaten at a restaurant! I put sliced onions in the marinade, which I cooked in a pan on the stove while the flank steak was on the grill. I marinated for 24 hours in the refrigerator. I served the fajitas with sour cream, avocado slices, homemade salsa and the onions from the marinade. I also made borracho beans.

I marinated this for two days, (in a ziplock), grilled it on the BBQ, then topped with a roasted corn and tomato salsa! Excellent!

Wow! I prepared the marinade as stated (only thing I added was a few leaves of fresh basil)... I left my steaks marinate in a ziploc in the fridge for 24 hours and it was delicious. Definitely a keeper!

So very delicious! We added 1/2 sliced yellow onion to the marinade and let it marinate overnight. The onions were placed in foil and grilled along side the flank. Zero leftovers. Next time I'll add more onions, they too were awesome. Definately a do-over in my house. No adjustments necessary.

This is an excellent marinade. We used it on some top sirloin and it was delicious. I know it would taste great in fajita form as well.

Just great...I love this recipe for Fajitas...it was juicy and tender with great flavor...I added 1 lime and 1 tbl molasses...24hr mariade..I like a hint of sweetness and depth..I also live in a condo..cant grill here...so I just browned the meat on both sides about 3 mins ea. and then I added the sliced onions and green peppers to the same pan, after taken the meat out..picks up great flavor from the pits left in the pan...Thanks GUYCON
