This is a very flavorful recipe. Easy to make with ingredients that are usually on hand.

Great as a steak, or just saute some veggies in some reserve of this sauce and put together some GREAT fajitas! My hubby requested that I invite his family over for them shortly after I made them the first time.

These are delicious!!! This steak is great for Fajitas. Very tender and delicious! Make sure to marinade for at least 24 hours. If you are making fajitas I would suggest to chop the steak into large strips so that the marinade soaks into the steak better and is easier to cut into bit-sized strips once it's cooked.

Great flavor! I substituted the Dijon Mustard (I was out) for Ground Mustard, but stayed true to the rest. May tweak a little in the future, but it was great as is.

i used this on London Broil, marinaded for 24 hours, broiled for 6 minutes on each side and it came out PERFECT... Even better on the 2nd day. Thanks for an awesome marinade that i will use again and again on both beef and chicken

This was easy and turned out great. I even marinated extra meat and cooked it on the grill at work. Everyone loved it and begged for more.

This was outstanding (enough to cause me to join allrecipes.com so I could post this review). I substituted lime juice for lemon juice but otherwise followed the recipe. I was skeptical of the ingredients but intrigued by the rave reviews. I was surprised by the depth of flavor. My husband agrees with the 5 star rating. A definite keeper!

Very good, I served beef sirloin because I wanted to make sure it would be tender. I marinated 24 hours and it was perfect. I broiled it 6 mins. on each side. Served with guacamole, homemade salsa, black beans, sour cream, and cheese for fajitas.

This was yummy. I thoght I had worcestershire but once I got started I realized I was out. So I substitued A1 sauce since that was all I had. We used an electric marinader which infused this into the meat perfectly and grilled it over charcoal. I can tell that this would be good for any steak, not just flank. Give it a try!

More like 4 1/2 STARS. My husband thought it was closer to 5 STARS. He really enjoyed it!! I was proud to hear him tell me how good it was over and over. I marinated it for 24 hours, but it just didn't come out as tender as I thought it would. Not too tough but not really tender, either. If it had been a little more tender it would have been 5 stars. Maybe marinating for 2 days would work? The marinade was definitely AWESOME!! I'd use it on any kind of steak. Mmmmmm....

I had some year-old frozen steaks I wanted to use up, and figured they would need something to give them flavor. This marinade tasted wonderful!! I followed the recipe, except I substituted lime juice for the lemon (what I had on hand), and I also used the 1.5 Tb of cumin and coriander, since I was using the meat for fajitas. I marinated about 5 hours...Rave reviews all around! This is definitely my new steak fajita marinade!

Wow. I never expected it to be so flavorful. I recommend cooking to medium rare. My husband cooked his half well and mine med-rare. We both liked mine 1000% more. The only change I made was using Hebrew National mustard instead of dijon.

Was very good, as expected from the phenomenal reviews. I used less soy sauce, and I substituted olive oil and white wine vinegar. Otherwise I followed the marinade recipe exactly. Marinated the steaks for 2 days and cooked them in a skillet. Yum!
