Great, I marinated overnight and popped on the grill the following evening. Was a little too mustardy for my preference but otherwise tasted great. Very easy to make with simple ingredients.

my family loved this marinade. It was easy and delicious. The flank steak only marinaded for about 5 hours and my husband grilled it to perfection!

As it stands I agree it tastes too much like vinegar and lemon. I make a very similar one but use balsamic vinegar(much milder) and only 2 tbls. lemon. Does make a difference.

My family liked it. I thought it had a strong lemon flavor - a little too tart for me. I would lesson the lemon juice and maybe kick up the soy.
