By: DAVID SANDFORD
"This is a very tasty and extremely simple sandwich. You do need to marinate the chicken at least 3 hours. I usually do it overnight."

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
