Didn't like the marinated meats as a fondue but we made the beef and pork cubes as a kabob with peppers and cooked it on the grill. That was delicious. Alos, I thought the horseradish sauce was very good. As a whole though I gave this recipe 2 stars because it is being used as a fondue.

Very delicious! I've used this marinade/recipe 2 years running now, and have gotten lots of compliments! A couple variations I've made: LESS soy sauce. Too much soy can crowd the flavor of the meat. I use about half the amount called for. I also added minced onion to the marinade and to the raw meat prior to cooking for garnishment...dresses it up a bit as raw meat on the table isn't the most appetizing thing to some people.

I LOVED the marinade for the meat. The horseradish sauce was pretty decent but the bbq was take it or leave it. Will definitely be using the marinade over and over though!

I made the marinade and horseradish sauce and both were excellent. I will definitely use this recipe again the next time we make fondue.
