I made the marinade and horseradish sauce and both were excellent. I will definitely use this recipe again the next time we make fondue.

Loved the marinade. Made the beef taste all that much better. The fondue party was a hit.

The sauces were all fine tasting, but nothing out of the ordinary. I followed the recipe exactly. We fondued with a group of 6 and most of us preffered the meats without.

Wonderful marinade. I had left over meat from the fondue so I used this marinaded meat in the beef stew - it was fantastic. Will use this marinade to make my beef stew from now on.

We combined 2 fondue recipes - this one for the meat, and Beef Fondue with Sauces for the 3 sauces. Perfect combo! We LOVED the pork tenderloin with the mustard sauce. Our first time fonduing at home, at with oil no less! Some spattering, but the end result was well worth it.

This recipe is fantastic! Lots of flavor and very easy to prepare. My in-laws were impressed! We also served a store bought gorganzola cream sauce that was excellent with the meat. We will be making this again for New Year's with friends!
